By using Adtom, you agree to this policy. You may discontinue use and request data deletion at any time.

Your use of Adtom indicates agreement with this policy. You retain the right to withdraw consent and delete your data as described below.

This Data Deletion Policy ("Policy") explains how users can request deletion of their data from Adtom, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Axiomiq Automation Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. YOUR RIGHT TO DATA DELETION

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account information from Adtom, subject to certain legal exceptions as outlined in this Policy.

Under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may request that we:

- Delete your account and personal information

- Erase data collected from connected advertising and e-commerce platforms

- Remove uploaded content and creative materials

- Permanently remove access credentials and tokens

2. WHAT DATA CAN BE DELETED

2.1 Account Information

- Name, email address, phone number

- Company name and billing information

- Login credentials and authentication data

- Account settings and preferences

2.2 Connected Platform Data

- OAuth tokens and access credentials for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

- Campaign data, performance metrics, and analytics

- Advertising creative assets (images, videos, copy)

- Audience data and targeting parameters

- E-commerce product catalogs and sales data

2.3 Usage Data

- Log files and access records

- IP addresses and device information

- Platform usage statistics and interactions

- Support communications and tickets

2.4 Billing Information

- Payment method details (credit/debit card information stored with payment processors)

- Transaction history and invoices (subject to retention requirements in Section 4)

3. HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

11.3 Termination for Platform Policy Violations

Adtom reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account, without notice or refund, if you violate the terms, policies, or guidelines of any connected third-party platform, including but not limited to:

- Google Ads Terms of Service and Advertising Policies

- Meta Terms of Service and Advertising Policies  

- Any other connected advertising, analytics, or e-commerce platform terms

Such violations may include, but are not limited to: policy-violating ad content, account misrepresentation, prohibited targeting practices, fraudulent activity, or actions that result in platform suspensions or bans. Adtom may terminate your account to maintain compliance with platform requirements and protect Adtom's standing with these platforms. You will be solely responsible for any consequences resulting from platform policy violations.

You can request data deletion through the following methods:

3.1 Method 1: Disconnect Integrations (Immediate)

- Log in to your Adtom account

- Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations

- Disconnect Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other connected platforms

- This immediately revokes Adtom's access to platform data

- Platform data in Adtom is queued for deletion within 30 calendar days

3.2 Method 2: Delete Account (Self-Service)

- Log in to your Adtom account

- Navigate to Account Settings > Account Management

- Click "Delete My Account"

- Confirm deletion by entering your password

- Follow the prompts to complete deletion request

- You will receive email confirmation

3.3 Method 3: Email Request

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request

Include in your email:

- Your full name

- Account email address

- Company name (if applicable)

- Specific data you wish to delete (or "Delete all my data")

- Reason for deletion (optional but helpful)

We will verify your identity before processing the request.

3.4 Method 4: Meta and Google Platform Deletion (For Platform Users)

If you connected Adtom through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google:

For Meta Users:

- Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites

- Find Adtom in the list

- Click "Remove" to revoke Adtom's access

- This triggers automatic deletion of your Meta data from Adtom

For Google Users:

- Go to your Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access

- Find Adtom and click "Remove Access"

- This triggers automatic deletion of your Google Ads data from Adtom

Note: Revoking platform access does NOT delete your Adtom account. To fully delete your account, use Methods 2 or 3 above.

4. DATA DELETION TIMELINE

4.1 Standard Deletion Timeline

Upon receipt of a verified deletion request:

- Personal information and account data: Deleted within 30 calendar days

- Connected platform data (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.): Deleted within 30 calendar days

- Uploaded creative materials: Deleted within 30 calendar days

- OAuth tokens and access credentials: Revoked immediately and deleted within 7 days

4.2 Backup Systems

- Data in backup systems is deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days

- Backups are retained for disaster recovery and system integrity

4.3 Confirmation

You will receive email confirmation once deletion is complete (typically within 2 business days)).

5. DATA RETENTION EXCEPTIONS

Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request due to legal, regulatory, or legitimate business requirements:

5.1 Legal and Regulatory Obligations

We may retain data if required by:

- Tax laws and accounting regulations (typically 7 years for billing records)

- Anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements

- Legal holds, court orders, or law enforcement requests

- Ongoing litigation or investigations

- Contract dispute resolution

5.2 Billing and Financial Records

- Transaction records, invoices, and payment history: Retained for 7 years (or as required by applicable tax laws)

- Refund and chargeback records: Retained for dispute resolution and fraud prevention

5.3 Fraud Prevention and Security

- Records of fraud, abuse, or policy violations: Retained to prevent future abuse

- Security incident logs: Retained for up to 90 days

- Blacklisted accounts: Retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration

5.4 Aggregated and Anonymized Data

- Usage statistics and analytics (anonymized, non-personally identifiable): May be retained indefinitely

- Machine learning models trained on aggregated data: Retained for service improvement

- This data CANNOT be used to identify you

5.5 Third-Party Processor Requirements

- Payment processor records (third-party service providers, third-party service providers, etc.): Retained by processors per their policies

- Cloud infrastructure logs: Retained for 30 days)

5.6 Audit and Compliance

- Compliance audit trails: Retained for up to 12 months

- Data processing records (GDPR Article 30 records): Retained as required by law

6. PARTIAL DELETION REQUESTS

You may request deletion of specific data categories without deleting your entire account:

6.1 Supported Partial Deletions

- Specific connected platform data (e.g., "Delete my Google Ads data but keep Meta Ads data")

- Uploaded creative materials

- Specific campaigns or historical data

- Support communication history

6.2 How to Request Partial Deletion

Email hello@adtom.ai with:

- Subject: Partial Data Deletion Request

- Specify exactly what data you wish to delete

- Provide necessary identifiers (campaign IDs, date ranges, etc.)

We will confirm feasibility and process within 10 business days.

7. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER DATA DELETION

7.1 Account Termination

If you delete your account:

- You will lose access to all Services immediately (or at the end of your billing period, if applicable)

- All connected integrations will be disconnected

- All data will be deleted per the timeline in Section 4

- You will not be able to log in or access the platform

- No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time

7.2 Reactivation

- If you request reactivation within 30 calendar days of deletion, we may be able to restore your account

- After 30 calendar days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered and cannot be recovered

- To use Adtom again, you must create a new account

7.3 Third-Party Platform Data

- Deleting data from Adtom does NOT delete data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other connected platforms

- You must separately manage data deletion with those platforms per their policies

- Disconnecting integrations only removes data from Adtom's systems

8. GOOGLE API SERVICES DATA DELETION

In compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy:

8.1 Google Data Deletion

- All data is deleted within 30 calendar days of your request

- OAuth tokens and refresh tokens are immediately revoked

- No Google data is sold, shared, or retained beyond Service provision

8.2 Google Data Deletion Requests

You can also request Google data deletion directly through Google:

- Visit your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

- Remove Adtom's access

- This triggers automatic deletion from Adtom systems

9. META (FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM) DATA DELETION

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies:

9.1 Meta Data Deletion

- All data is deleted within 30 calendar days of your request

- OAuth tokens are immediately revoked

- Audience data, ad performance data, and creative assets are deleted

9.2 Meta Data Deletion Callback

Adtom implements Meta's Data Deletion Callback:

- When you remove Adtom from Facebook/Instagram, we receive a deletion request

- Your Meta data is automatically queued for deletion

- Deletion is completed within 30 calendar days

9.3 Data Deletion Status URL

To check the status of your Meta data deletion request:

- Visit: www.adtom.ai/data-deletion-status

- Enter your confirmation code (provided in deletion confirmation email)

10. E-COMMERCE PLATFORM DATA DELETION (SHOPIFY, WOOCOMMERCE, ETC.)

10.1 E-commerce Data Deletion

- Product catalog data, order information, and sales metrics are deleted within 30 calendar days

- OAuth tokens and API access credentials are immediately revoked

- No e-commerce data is retained beyond legitimate business needs

10.2 Platform-Specific Deletion

For Shopify:

- Uninstall Adtom from your Shopify app dashboard

- This triggers automatic deletion of your Shopify data from Adtom

For WooCommerce:

- Disconnect Adtom integration from your WordPress admin panel

- This triggers automatic deletion of your WooCommerce data from Adtom

11. VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized data deletion, we may require identity verification:

11.1 Verification Methods

- Email verification: Responding from your registered email address

- Account credentials: Logging in to confirm your identity

- Security questions or multi-factor authentication

- Photo ID or additional documentation for high-risk requests

11.2 Verification Timeline

- If we cannot verify your identity within 10 business days, we may deny the deletion request

- You may resubmit with proper verification

12. CHILDREN'S DATA

Adtom is not intended for users under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child:

- We will delete the data immediately without requiring a request

- Parents or guardians may request deletion by contacting hello@adtom.ai

13. DATA DELETION FOR DECEASED USERS

If a user is deceased, authorized representatives (executors, next of kin) may request data deletion by:

- Emailing hello@adtom.ai with subject "Deceased User Data Deletion"

- Providing proof of death (death certificate)

- Providing proof of authority (will, estate documents, power of attorney)

We will verify and process the request within 30 calendar days.

14. COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

14.1 If Your Deletion Request is Denied

If we deny or partially deny your deletion request:

- We will provide a written explanation of the reason

- You may appeal by emailing hello@adtom.ai with additional information

14.2 Supervisory Authority Complaints (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and are not satisfied with our response:

- You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

14.3 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident and are not satisfied:

15. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

15.1 No Control Over Third-Party Data

We do NOT control data stored by:

- Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.

- Payment processors (third-party service providers, third-party service providers, etc.)

You must separately request data deletion from these platforms per their policies.

15.2 Third-Party Data Deletion Policies

- Shopify: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/close-account

- WooCommerce: Contact your hosting provider or site administrator

16. DATA PORTABILITY (BEFORE DELETION)

Before requesting deletion, you may request a copy of your data:

16.1 Data Export

- Email hello@adtom.ai with subject "Data Export Request"

- We will provide data in JSON, CSV, or PDF format

- Exported data includes: Account information, campaign data, usage logs, billing history

- Delivered within 10 business days

16.2 GDPR Data Portability

EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents have the right to receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.

17. AUTOMATED DELETION

17.1 Inactive Account Deletion

Accounts inactive for more than an extended period may be automatically deleted:

- We will send email notice at least 7 calendar days before deletion

- You may log in to prevent deletion

- Data is deleted per the standard timeline in Section 4

17.2 Abandoned Registration

If you start registration but do not complete it:

- Incomplete registration data is automatically deleted after 30 calendar days

18. SECURITY OF DELETION PROCESS

18.1 Secure Deletion Methods

- Data is securely overwritten or cryptographically erased

- Hard drives are degaussed or physically destroyed when decommissioned

- Backups are securely deleted or anonymized

18.2 Certification

Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Data Deletion confirming that your data has been deleted.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

19.1 No Liability for Third-Party Data

AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Data retained by Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other third-party platforms

- Inability to delete data due to legal or regulatory requirements

- Data in backups or archived systems (deleted per standard retention schedules)

19.2 No Consequential Damages

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Consequences of data deletion (loss of access, business disruption, etc.)

- Inability to recover deleted data

- Errors or delays in deletion processing

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiomiq Automation Private Limited and Adtom from any claims arising from:

- Fraudulent or unauthorized deletion requests

- Deletion of data you do not have authority to delete

- Consequences of data deletion on third-party platforms

- False or misleading information provided in deletion requests

21. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time. Changes will be:

- Posted at www.adtom.ai/data-deletion with a revised "Last Updated" date

- Effective immediately upon posting

- Communicated via email for material changes

23. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

For international users, this does not affect your statutory rights under local data protection laws.

24. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY USING ADTOM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

SECTION 25: SECURITY DISCLAIMER FOR DATA DELETION

25.1 NO GUARANTEE OF SECURE DATA STORAGE

While we strive to protect your data, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE 100% SECURITY.

YOUR DATA MAY BE:

- Accessed by unauthorized parties through hacking or cyberattacks

- Exposed in data breaches before deletion is completed

- Compromised by malware, viruses, or security vulnerabilities

- Stolen by cybercriminals or malicious actors

- Leaked through third-party service provider breaches

25.2 DATA MAY BE COMPROMISED BEFORE DELETION

Even if you request data deletion:

- Your data may have already been breached or accessed without our knowledge

- Hackers may have copies of your data

- Data may be in backup systems vulnerable to attack

- Third parties may have already obtained your information

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Unauthorized access to data before deletion

- Use or misuse of data by third parties

- Data breaches affecting data pending deletion

- Any harm resulting from compromised data

25.3 DELETION DOES NOT PREVENT PRIOR BREACHES

Deleting your data from Adtom does NOT:

- Reverse any prior security breaches

- Remove data stolen by hackers

- Undo exposure of your information

- Prevent misuse of already-compromised data

- Eliminate risks from past security incidents

25.4 NO LIABILITY FOR SECURITY DURING DELETION PROCESS

We are NOT LIABLE for security incidents during the deletion process, including:

- Breaches occurring while data is being deleted

- Unauthorized access to data in deletion queues

- Compromise of backup systems before deletion

- Theft of data from third-party providers during deletion

Consistency with Terms of Service

Your right to request data deletion, as outlined in this policy, constitutes withdrawal of consent and does not conflict with any provision in our Terms of Service. Account termination or service discontinuation does not waive your data protection rights under applicable privacy laws.

Deletion Timelines

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete account and personal data within 30 calendar days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Connected platform OAuth tokens will be revoked within 72 hours and deleted from our systems within 7 days.

Aggregated Data

Anonymized, aggregated analytics derived from Service usage may be retained for product improvement and benchmarking and does not contain Personal Data.

Request Process

Submit deletion requests via Account Settings or email hello@adtom.ai with subject 'Data Deletion Request'.

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 calendar days.
