- Meeting your specific requirements

9.3 Legal Compliance

- Complying with advertising laws and regulations

- Obtaining necessary licenses or permits

10. INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED, ADTOM, AND ALL AFFILIATED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM:

- Your use of Adtom Services

- Your advertising campaigns and their performance

- Financial losses you incur

- Your decisions based on Adtom's features or data

- Your violation of advertising platform policies

- Your non-compliance with applicable laws

- Claims by third parties related to your advertising

11. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

11.1 Not Professional Services

Adtom is a software tool, not a professional service provider. We do not provide:

- Professional advertising advice or consulting

- Marketing strategy development

- Legal advice or compliance counseling

- Financial advice or investment guidance

- Business consulting or advisory services

11.2 Seek Professional Advice

You should:

- Consult with qualified advertising professionals

- Seek legal advice for compliance matters

- Obtain financial advice for investment decisions

- Engage business consultants as needed

B. FINANCIAL INFORMATION COMPROMISE

- Leakage of bank account numbers, routing numbers, or SWIFT codes

- Unauthorized access to payment processor accounts (third-party service providers, third-party service providers, etc.)

C. ACCOUNT COMPROMISES

- Account takeover or lockout

22.3 MALWARE, VIRUSES, AND SYSTEM DAMAGE

SECURITY ATTACKS ON ADTOM'S INFRASTRUCTURE OR SYSTEMS MAY RESULT IN:

- Viruses, worms, trojans, or rootkits infecting your devices

- Ransomware encrypting your files and demanding payment

- Spyware or keyloggers stealing your credentials or sensitive information

- Backdoors allowing persistent unauthorized access

- Botnet recruitment turning your systems into attack platforms

- Data corruption, deletion, or encryption

- Hardware damage or system failures

- Spread of malicious code to your customers, partners, or employees
