Current Service Scope

Adtom currently provides analytics and performance monitoring capabilities for advertising campaigns. Features involving direct campaign creation, automated optimization, or budget modifications are under development and will be introduced in future releases subject to platform approval and technical readiness. Users will be notified of new feature availability through the platform interface and email communications.

Adtom ("Adtom", "we", "us", or "our") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Axiomiq Automation Private Limited ("Company").

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Account and Authentication Information

- Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing information

- OAuth authorization tokens, access tokens, refresh tokens, and account identifiers

- We DO NOT collect or store user passwords or direct login credentials for Google, Meta, or any third-party platforms

- All connections are established via secure OAuth 2.0 authorization mechanisms

2.2 Advertising Platform Data (Collected with Explicit Authorization)

When you connect advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.):

- Campaign names, IDs, statuses, and structures

- Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, CPC, CTR, ROAS)

- Audience data and targeting parameters

- Creative assets (ad copy, images, videos) uploaded by you

- Budget and bidding information

2.3 E-commerce Platform Data (Collected with Explicit Authorization)

When you connect e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.):

- Product catalogs, SKUs, prices, and inventory levels

- Order data and transaction information (aggregated, anonymized)

- Customer analytics (aggregated, no personally identifiable information)

- Store performance metrics

2.4 Usage and Technical Information

- IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers

- Log data, access times, pages viewed, features used

- Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies

2.5 Customer Data and Marketing Materials

- Uploaded images, videos, copy, and creatives for campaign management

- Custom audience lists (which you are responsible for having proper consent to use)

YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT:

- You have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to share data with Adtom

- Your use of the Services complies with all applicable platform policies

- You have the legal authority to connect and manage the advertising and e-commerce accounts

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information for the following purposes:

3.1 Service Provision

- Access and analyze advertising campaign data and performance metrics

- Generate analytics, reports, and performance insights

- Facilitate e-commerce integrations and catalog management

- Provide customer support and technical assistance

3.2 Platform Compliance and Optimization

- Comply with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce platform policies

- Optimize advertising performance

- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations

3.3 Legal and Business Operations

- Process payments and billing

- Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements

- Protect rights, property, and safety of Adtom, users, and the public

- Enforce Terms of Service and other agreements

3.4 Improvements and Analytics

- Improve and develop new features and services

- Conduct research, analysis, and testing

- Generate anonymized, aggregated usage statistics

API DATA USE & PLATFORM COMPLIANCE POLICY

4. Google API Services Compliance (Google Ads API)

By connecting your Google Ads account to Adtom, you authorize Adtom to access and process your Google Ads data in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4.1 Permitted Uses

Adtom uses Google Ads data ONLY to:

• Provide analytics, reporting, and performance insights requested by the user
• Display advertising metrics within the Adtom dashboard
• Generate recommendations and insights for the user’s own campaigns
• Synchronize authorized Google Ads data between Google and Adtom

Google Ads data is processed solely within the context of the individual customer’s account.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

Adtom does NOT and will NOT:

• Sell, rent, license, or disclose Google Ads data to third parties
• Use Google Ads data for advertising or marketing outside the user’s own account
• Use Google Ads data to determine creditworthiness, lending, or insurance eligibility
• Transfer Google Ads data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties
• Use Google Ads data to develop competing products or benefit other customers
• Use Google Ads data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models
• Allow unauthorized human access to Google Ads data

Authorized human access is permitted only when strictly necessary for:

• User-requested technical support
• Security incident investigation
• Compliance with valid legal obligations

4.3 Data Scope & Access Level

• Adtom currently requests read-only access to Google Ads accounts
• Data accessed may include:

• Campaign and ad performance metrics
• Conversion and keyword data
• Spend and delivery statistics

Adtom does NOT access:

• Payment methods or billing details
• Account passwords or authentication credentials
• Personal identification documents

Additional permissions (e.g., campaign creation or budget management) will be requested incrementally, with explicit user consent, as new features are launched.

4.4 AI & Machine Learning Limitations

Data obtained from Google APIs is NOT used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models that benefit other customers, products, or services.

Any AI-powered analysis or recommendations:

• Are confined to the individual customer’s own account
• Do NOT involve cross-customer data aggregation
• Do NOT persist or reuse Google Ads data beyond the authorized scope

4.5 User Controls & Revocation

Users may revoke Adtom’s access at any time via:

• Google Account Settings → Security → Third-party apps with account access
• Adtom Dashboard → Integrations → Disconnect Google Ads

Revoking access:

• Immediately stops future data access
• Does not automatically delete historical data (see Data Deletion Policy)

4.6 Third-Party Service Providers

Adtom may share Google Ads data only with essential service providers required to operate the Services, including:

• Cloud infrastructure providers
• Analytics, monitoring, and logging services
• Customer support tools

All service providers are contractually bound to:

• Use data solely for service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality and security
• Comply with Google API Services User Data Policy
• Not use data for their own purposes

5. Meta Platform Compliance (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

By connecting your Meta advertising accounts to Adtom, you authorize Adtom to access and process your Meta advertising data in strict compliance with:

• Meta Platform Terms
• Meta Business Tools Terms
• Meta Platform Policy
• Meta Advertising Policies

5.1 Permitted Uses

Adtom uses Meta advertising data ONLY to:

• Provide campaign analytics, reporting, and performance insights
• Display advertising metrics and audience insights within Adtom
• Generate user-requested reports and recommendations
• Synchronize authorized Meta Ads data between Meta and Adtom

All processing is limited to the customer’s own advertising accounts.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

Adtom does NOT and will NOT:

• Sell, share, or license Meta advertising data
• Use Meta data to target ads outside the user’s own ad accounts
• Combine data from multiple customers or accounts
• Use Meta data to build competing products or services
• Re-identify anonymized or aggregated data
• Use Meta data for profiling or purposes unrelated to the Services
• Use Meta data to train AI models that benefit other customers

5.3 Customer Data & Custom Audiences

If the user uploads customer data for Meta Custom Audiences:

• Customer identifiers (e.g., email, phone) are hashed locally before transmission
• Hashing uses SHA-256, as required by Meta
• Adtom does NOT store unhashed customer identifiers
• Users are responsible for obtaining lawful consent
• Hashed data is used solely for audience matching as directed by the user

5.4 Data Scope & Security

Adtom may access:

• Campaign and ad performance data
• Audience insights and analytics
• Ad account and page-level advertising data

Adtom does NOT access:

• Personal messages or private communications
• Payment methods or financial credentials
• User passwords or login information

Security measures include:

• Encrypted data transmission
• Role-based access controls
• Authentication and logging
• Regular security monitoring and incident response procedures

5.5 Data Isolation

Meta advertising data is strictly isolated per customer:

• Data from one customer is never shared with or used for another
• No cross-account or cross-customer aggregation
• Data is processed exclusively within the originating customer’s Adtom account

5.6 User Controls & Revocation

Users may revoke Meta access at any time via:

• Meta Business Settings → Data Sources → Apps → Remove Adtom
• Adtom Dashboard → Integrations → Disconnect Meta

Revoking access:

• Stops future data collection immediately
• Historical data remains until deleted per the Data Deletion Policy

5.7 Data Retention & Deletion

• Meta and Google advertising data is retained only while the customer maintains an active Adtom account
• Upon account closure, data is deleted within 30 calendar days
• Users may request immediate deletion at any time via the Data Deletion Policy

5.8 Third-Party Service Providers

Adtom may share Meta advertising data only with essential service providers, including:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics and database services
• Customer support platforms

All providers are contractually required to:

• Use data only for service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality and security
• Comply with Meta Platform Policies
• Not use customer data for their own purposes

5.9 Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement

Adtom continuously monitors Google and Meta policy updates and updates its practices accordingly.

If policy violations are detected:

• Synchronization may be suspended
• Users will be notified
• Persistent violations may result in termination of affected features

Users agree not to use Adtom to circumvent Google or Meta policies.

6. E-COMMERCE PLATFORM DATA COMPLIANCE

For Shopify, WooCommerce, and other e-commerce integrations:

- Data access is limited to what is necessary for advertising optimization

- Product and order data is used only for catalog creation and performance tracking

- Customer personal information is NOT collected or stored

- All integrations comply with respective platform API terms and policies

7. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or advertising data.

We may share information with:

7.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors

- Cloud hosting providers (with appropriate data processing agreements)

- Payment processors (PCI-DSS compliant)

- Analytics and monitoring tools

- Customer support platforms

All third-party service providers are contractually bound to protect data confidentiality and security.

7.2 Advertising and E-commerce Platforms

- Data is transmitted to Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc., as required to execute Services

- Such transmissions are made pursuant to your explicit authorization and instructions

7.3 Legal and Compliance Requirements

- Law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts when legally required

- To protect rights, property, or safety

- To enforce our Terms of Service

- In connection with legal proceedings

7.4 Business Transfers

- In the event of merger, acquisition, sale of assets

- Successor entities will be bound by this Privacy Policy

9. DATA DELETION AND RETENTION

9.1 User-Initiated Deletion

You may request deletion by:

- Disconnecting integrations from the Adtom dashboard

- Emailing: axiomiqautomation@gmail.com (Subject: Data Deletion Request)

- Using in-platform deletion tools

9.2 Deletion Timeline

- Personal and advertising data is deleted within 30 calendar days of verified request

- Certain records may be retained if required by law, tax regulations, or fraud prevention

- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics

9.3 Retention Policy

Adtom retains data in accordance with platform policies and industry best practices:

• Account & authentication data:
  Retained for the duration of the active subscription and up to 30 calendar days after cancellation to support account reactivation.
• Advertising performance data (Google Ads & Meta Ads):
  Retained for up to 36 months for historical reporting and trend analysis, after which it is anonymized or aggregated.
• OAuth access tokens:
  Rotated in accordance with Google and Meta platform requirements and permanently deleted within 7 days of account disconnection or cancellation.
• Support tickets, system logs, and diagnostic records:
  Retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting, auditing, and security purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years (or as required by law)

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards:

- Multi-factor authentication and access controls

- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

- Employee training on data protection

- Incident response and breach notification procedures

NO SYSTEM IS 100% SECURE. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.1 NO GUARANTEE OF ABSOLUTE SECURITY

WE IMPLEMENT REASONABLE SECURITY MEASURES, BUT WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% SECURITY.

NO SYSTEM IS IMMUNE TO:

- Hacking, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access

- Data breaches and information leakage

- Malware, viruses, ransomware, or trojans

- Security vulnerabilities and exploits

- Insider threats or employee misconduct

- Social engineering or phishing attacks

10.2 POTENTIAL SECURITY RISKS

By using Adtom, your information may be subject to:

- Unauthorized access by hackers or cybercriminals

- Data breaches resulting in exposure of personal information

- Leakage of financial information, including payment details

- Theft of advertising data, campaign information, or business intelligence

- Exposure of authentication credentials or API keys

- Identity theft or fraudulent use of your information

- Malware or viruses entering your systems through compromised infrastructure

10.3 FINANCIAL INFORMATION EXPOSURE

YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS, BILLING INFORMATION, AND PAYMENT HISTORY) MAY BE EXPOSED IN THE EVENT OF A SECURITY BREACH.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Unauthorized access to financial information

- Financial fraud or identity theft

- Unauthorized transactions or charges

- Credit damage or financial losses

- Costs of credit monitoring or identity theft protection

10.4 SECURITY BREACH NOTIFICATION - NO GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME

In the event of a security incident or data breach:

A. NOTIFICATION UPON AWARENESS

- We will notify you once a breach comes to our attention or is brought to our notice

- We will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering a security incident, unless prohibited by law.

- Notification timing depends on discovery, investigation, verification, and legal requirements

- Notification may be delayed or prohibited by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

B. NO LIABILITY FOR DELAYED NOTIFICATION

We are NOT responsible for:

- Time taken to discover a breach

- Delays in investigation or verification

- Damages occurring before you are notified

- Inability to notify due to legal, technical, or operational reasons

10.5 MALWARE AND VIRUS DISCLAIMER

Security attacks on Adtom's systems may result in:

- Malware, viruses, ransomware, or spyware being transmitted to your devices

- Corruption, deletion, or encryption of your data

- Compromise of your computer systems or networks

- Installation of keyloggers, trojans, or backdoors

- Spread of malicious code to your customers or partners

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR HARM RESULTING FROM MALWARE OR VIRUSES.

10.6 NO LIABILITY FOR SECURITY INCIDENTS

AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR:

- Data breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access

- Exposure or theft of personal, financial, or business information

- Identity theft, fraud, or misuse of your information

- Malware, viruses, or system compromises

- Damage to your systems, data, or operations

- Financial losses from security incidents

- Regulatory fines or penalties

- Reputational harm or business losses

- Cost of remediation, forensics, or recovery

- Legal fees or costs related to security incidents

10.7 YOUR SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Maintaining security of your account credentials

- Using strong passwords and two-factor authentication

- Monitoring your account for suspicious activity

- Protecting your devices with antivirus software

- Not sharing login credentials

- Immediately reporting suspected compromises

- Implementing your own data security measures

10.8 ASSUMPTION OF SECURITY RISKS

BY USING ADTOM, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO DATA SECURITY, INCLUDING:

- Risk of data breaches and unauthorized access

- Risk of financial information exposure

- Risk of identity theft or fraud

- Risk of malware or system compromise

- All consequences of security incidents

10.9 THIRD-PARTY SECURITY RISKS

We use third-party services (cloud hosting, payment processors, etc.). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Security failures of third-party providers

- Breaches of third-party systems

- Actions of third-party employees or contractors

- Vulnerabilities in third-party software or infrastructure

10.10 NO SECURITY GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO SECURITY, INCLUDING:

- Warranties of secure data storage or transmission

- Warranties of protection against unauthorized access

- Warranties of malware-free services

- Warranties of compliance with security standards

- Any implied warranties of data security

COLLECTION OF END-CUSTOMER DATA FROM YOUR E-COMMERCE STORE

When you connect your e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to Adtom via plugins or integrations, we collect CUSTOMER INFORMATION from your store, including:

CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA:

- Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers

- Shipping addresses and billing addresses  

- Purchase history, order values, transaction details

- Product browsing behavior and preferences

- Shopping cart activity and checkout data

- Customer lifetime value and segment classification

USE FOR RETARGETING AND ADVERTISING:

This customer data is specifically used to:

- Create custom audiences in Google Ads (Customer Match) and Meta Ads (Custom Audiences)

- Build retargeting campaigns to reach YOUR previous customers

- Create lookalike audiences based on YOUR high-value customers

- Exclude existing customers from new customer acquisition campaigns

- Personalize advertising messages based on purchase history

- Track conversions and attribute sales to YOUR advertising campaigns

- Optimize campaign performance based on customer behavior

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS:

✓ Customer data from YOUR store is used ONLY for YOUR advertising campaigns

✓ We do NOT share your customer data with other Adtom clients

✓ We do NOT sell customer data to third parties

✓ We do NOT use your customer data for advertising other businesses

✓ Customer data is securely transmitted to advertising platforms for retargeting purposes only

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE CLIENT:

YOU MUST ENSURE:

- You have proper consent from YOUR customers to share their data with Adtom and advertising platforms

- Your e-commerce privacy policy discloses data sharing with advertising and marketing tools

- You comply with GDPR, CCPA, and all applicable privacy laws for customer data collection

- You have legal authorization to use customer data for retargeting and advertising

- Your customers can opt-out of marketing/advertising if required by law

- You maintain proper records of consent where required

DATA SECURITY FOR CUSTOMER INFORMATION:

- Access restricted to authorized personnel with legitimate business need

- Data is retained only as long as needed for active campaign management

- Customer data is deleted when you disconnect e-commerce integrations

- Regular security audits and monitoring

DATA DELETION:

When you request data deletion or disconnect your e-commerce integration:

- Customer data is removed from our systems within 30 calendar days

- Customer lists are removed from connected advertising platforms

- Retargeting audiences are deactivated

- Historical aggregated analytics may be retained (anonymized, no personal identifiers)

COMPLIANCE WITH ADVERTISING PLATFORM POLICIES:

- Google Ads Customer Match Policy: We comply with all requirements for uploading customer lists

- Meta Custom Audiences Terms: Customer data uploads follow Meta's policies and encryption requirements

- All customer data uploads use secure, hashed matching where required by platforms

SEPARATION FROM GOOGLE API LIMITED USE DATA:

IMPORTANT: Google Ads API data (campaign metrics, performance data obtained via Google Ads API) is subject to Limited Use Requirements and is NOT used for:

- Cross-client analytics

- AI/ML training outside of your campaigns

- Advertising other services

However, YOUR e-commerce customer data is NOT subject to Google API Limited Use restrictions because it originates from your e-commerce store, not Google's APIs. This customer data can be uploaded to Google Ads for retargeting YOUR customers in YOUR campaigns.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country, including India, the United States, and the European Union.

For transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland:

- We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission

- We ensure adequate safeguards are in place

- You consent to such transfers by using the Services

12. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for:

- Authentication and security

- Preferences and settings

- Analytics and performance monitoring

- Marketing and advertising (with consent where required)

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-platform notification.

16. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

- Your violation of third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)

- Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Services

- Data you provide or upload to the Services

- Your failure to obtain required consents or authorizations

- Your violation of Google, Meta, or e-commerce platform policies

20.3 Third-Party Platform Actions

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Actions, policies, or enforcement decisions by Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other third-party platforms

- Suspension, termination, or restriction of your advertising or e-commerce accounts by third-party platforms

- Policy violations, billing disputes, or data breaches originating from third-party platforms

- Any damages resulting from your failure to comply with third-party platform terms

20.4 Assumption of Risk

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH:

- Connecting advertising and e-commerce accounts

- Granting API access and authorizations

- Data processing and transfers

- Third-party platform integrations

- Compliance with advertising regulations and platform policies

20.5 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR ADVERTISING PERFORMANCE

In addition to the limitations of liability stated above, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Any advertising campaign performance, results, or outcomes

- Financial losses from advertising activities or campaigns

- Poor ROI, ROAS, or other negative performance metrics

- Wasted ad spend or ineffective marketing

- Business losses, lost revenue, or lost opportunities

- Outcomes from AI recommendations or automated features

- Any decisions you make based on data or insights provided by Adtom

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with advertising campaigns and agree that digital advertising inherently involves unpredictable results and potential financial losses.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
