Features involving direct campaign creation, automated optimization, or budget modifications are under development and will be introduced in future releases subject to platform approval and technical readiness. Users will be notified of new feature availability through the platform interface and email communications.
Adtom ("Adtom", "we", "us", or "our") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Axiomiq Automation Private Limited ("Company").

When you connect e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.):
- Product catalogs, SKUs, prices, and inventory levels
- Order data and transaction information (aggregated, anonymized)

2.4 Usage and Technical Information

4. Google API Services Compliance (Google Ads API)
By connecting your Google Ads account to Adtom, you authorize Adtom to access and process your Google Ads data in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

- All integrations comply with respective platform API terms and policies
7. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or advertising data.

10.3 FINANCIAL INFORMATION EXPOSURE
YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS, BILLING INFORMATION, AND PAYMENT HISTORY) MAY BE EXPOSED IN THE EVENT OF A SECURITY BREACH.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Unauthorized access to financial information
- Financial fraud or identity theft
- Unauthorized transactions or charges
- Credit damage or financial losses
- Costs of credit monitoring or identity theft protection
10.4 SECURITY BREACH NOTIFICATION - NO GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME
In the event of a security incident or data breach:

Security attacks on Adtom's systems may result in:

- Corruption, deletion, or encryption of your data
- Compromise of your computer systems or networks
- Installation of keyloggers, trojans, or backdoors
- Spread of malicious code to your customers or partners
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR HARM RESULTING FROM MALWARE OR VIRUSES.
10.6 NO LIABILITY FOR SECURITY INCIDENTS
AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR:
- Data breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access
- Exposure or theft of personal, financial, or business information
- Identity theft, fraud, or misuse of your information
- Malware, viruses, or system compromises
- Damage to your systems, data, or operations
- Financial losses from security incidents

- Reputational harm or business losses
- Cost of remediation, forensics, or recovery

10.7 YOUR SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Maintaining security of your account credentials
- Using strong passwords and two-factor authentication
- Monitoring your account for suspicious activity
- Protecting your devices with antivirus software
- Not sharing login credentials
- Immediately reporting suspected compromises
- Implementing your own data security measures
10.8 ASSUMPTION OF SECURITY RISKS
BY USING ADTOM, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO DATA SECURITY, INCLUDING:
- Risk of data breaches and unauthorized access
- Risk of financial information exposure
- Risk of identity theft or fraud
- Risk of malware or system compromise
- All consequences of security incidents
10.9 THIRD-PARTY SECURITY RISKS
We use third-party services (cloud hosting, payment processors, etc.). WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Breaches of third-party systems
- Actions of third-party employees or contractors

COLLECTION OF END-CUSTOMER DATA FROM YOUR E-COMMERCE STORE
When you connect your e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to Adtom via plugins or integrations, we collect CUSTOMER INFORMATION from your store, including:
CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA:
- Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers
- Shipping addresses and billing addresses
- Purchase history, order values, transaction details
- Product browsing behavior and preferences
- Shopping cart activity and checkout data
- Customer lifetime value and segment classification
USE FOR RETARGETING AND ADVERTISING:
This customer data is specifically used to:
- Create custom audiences in Google Ads (Customer Match) and Meta Ads (Custom Audiences)
- Build retargeting campaigns to reach YOUR previous customers
- Create lookalike audiences based on YOUR high-value customers
- Exclude existing customers from new customer acquisition campaigns
- Personalize advertising messages based on purchase history
- Track conversions and attribute sales to YOUR advertising campaigns
- Optimize campaign performance based on customer behavior
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS:

✓ We do NOT share your customer data with other Adtom clients

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE CLIENT:
YOU MUST ENSURE:
- You have proper consent from YOUR customers to share their data with Adtom and advertising platforms
- Your e-commerce privacy policy discloses data sharing with advertising and marketing tools
- You comply with GDPR, CCPA, and all applicable privacy laws for customer data collection
- You have legal authorization to use customer data for retargeting and advertising
- Your customers can opt-out of marketing/advertising if required by law
- You maintain proper records of consent where required
DATA SECURITY FOR CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
- Access restricted to authorized personnel with legitimate business need
- Data is retained only as long as needed for active campaign management
- Customer data is deleted when you disconnect e-commerce integrations
- Regular security audits and monitoring
DATA DELETION:
When you request data deletion or disconnect your e-commerce integration:
- Customer data is removed from our systems within 30 calendar days
- Customer lists are removed from connected advertising platforms
- Retargeting audiences are deactivated
- Historical aggregated analytics may be retained (anonymized, no personal identifiers)
COMPLIANCE WITH ADVERTISING PLATFORM POLICIES:
- Google Ads Customer Match Policy: We comply with all requirements for uploading customer lists
- Meta Custom Audiences Terms: Customer data uploads follow Meta's policies and encryption requirements
- All customer data uploads use secure, hashed matching where required by platforms
SEPARATION FROM GOOGLE API LIMITED USE DATA:
IMPORTANT: Google Ads API data (campaign metrics, performance data obtained via Google Ads API) is subject to Limited Use Requirements and is NOT used for:
- Cross-client analytics
- AI/ML training outside of your campaigns
- Advertising other services
However, YOUR e-commerce customer data is NOT subject to Google API Limited Use restrictions because it originates from your e-commerce store, not Google's APIs. This customer data can be uploaded to Google Ads for retargeting YOUR customers in YOUR campaigns.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country, including India, the United States, and the European Union.
For transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland:
- We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- We ensure adequate safeguards are in place
- You consent to such transfers by using the Services

20.3 Third-Party Platform Actions
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Actions, policies, or enforcement decisions by Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other third-party platforms
- Suspension, termination, or restriction of your advertising or e-commerce accounts by third-party platforms
- Policy violations, billing disputes, or data breaches originating from third-party platforms
- Any damages resulting from your failure to comply with third-party platform terms
20.4 Assumption of Risk
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH:
- Connecting advertising and e-commerce accounts
- Granting API access and authorizations
- Data processing and transfers
- Third-party platform integrations
- Compliance with advertising regulations and platform policies
20.5 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR ADVERTISING PERFORMANCE
In addition to the limitations of liability stated above, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:
AXIOMIQ AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED AND ADTOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any advertising campaign performance, results, or outcomes
- Financial losses from advertising activities or campaigns
- Poor ROI, ROAS, or other negative performance metrics
- Wasted ad spend or ineffective marketing
- Business losses, lost revenue, or lost opportunities
- Outcomes from AI recommendations or automated features
- Any decisions you make based on data or insights provided by Adtom
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with advertising campaigns and agree that digital advertising inherently involves unpredictable results and potential financial losses.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
For international users: This governing law clause does not affect your statutory rights under local data protection laws.
22. SEVERABILITY
